- Site Evaluation & Grading: North Coral’s team first analyzed water flow patterns and soil conditions to determine the right grade and trenching needed. Heavy equipment was brought in to level out the large property and prepare it for construction.
- Drainage & Excavation: French drains and trench systems were dug along strategic lines around the house, driveway, and garden areas. These were filled with clean rock and topped with matching gravel to blend in with the finished driveway surface.
- Granite Driveway Installation: Crushed black granite was layered and compacted across over 4,700 square feet of driveway and parking areas. Curved edging and a widened entry point added visual sophistication to the long, winding entrance.
- Final Touches & Integration: The team worked around existing plantings and structures, adding smooth transitions, edging, and mulching where necessary to enhance the property’s natural landscape without disturbing the mature greenery.
